Morning Drink:

One of the important step in Shetty’s diet plan is drinking warm (not too hot) water that it cleanses digestion and helps flush out toxins. Drinking in the morning will help to sooth your digestive tract and make it easier to eliminate waste from the day before.

Shilpa Shetty says that before she having the warm water she have 4 drops of concentrated Noni juice.  It’s particularly rich in vitamin C and may offer anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits — such as pain relief and improved immune health and exercise endurance. It also gives strength.

Oil Pulling with Coconut oil:

Every morning take at least 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and swish it around 10-15 minutes into your mouth. Research suggests that coconut oil can reduce inflammation. This may benefit oral health and inflammation in the mouth.

Workouts and Yoga:

Yoga’s incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person’s mental well-being. “Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration,” says Dr. Nevins.

Shilpa Shetty, a fitness freak, she do exercises like co-strengthening, she also love doing different forms of planks, burpees, animal walks, etc. She start doing Yoga since she was 17 years old. She says that it doesn’t matter what form you are doing try it through the basics of inhaling and exhaling throughout the aasana that what will affect in oxygenate your mussels, rejuvenate your mind and your body and that is important. Prefer doing yoga empty stomach if you do eat then try to maintain a gap of 2 1/2 hour. She says,”Working out even in the evening is great it give you a boost of energy but i prefer in the morning”.

“Breakfast: Like a King”

Many studies have shown the health benefits of eating breakfast. It improves your energy levels and ability to concentrate in the short term, and can help with better weight management, reduced risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease in the long term. Shetty Says that if she wake up at 7 am then she would have breakfast in between 7:30 am – 8 am. Its very high fiber breakfast like either oats or muesli coupled with fruits, she prefers mostly raw food either a banana or grated apple, blueberry in her muesli and try to keeping low sugar or natural forms of sweetener like honey, jaggery, coconut sugar,etc. If her day starts before that then she used to take a smoothy in breakfast which is mixture of raw oats, banana, almond milk, and honey then I have 2 eggs around 10 -10:30 am with either raw avocado and may have a wheat toast with butter and then tea with coconut sugar.

“Lunch: Like a Prince”

Shetty Say that her afternoon meal is a heavy meal it comprises of either brown rice or white rice what is available , there is chicken or a fish some kind of protein . she also loves vegetable her salad is very simple she used to take a cucumber and a carrot with sea salt on it. Sometimes she alternate her meal with a bowl she put everything in salad leaves, chicken bits, brown rice, grilled chicken, beetroot, its like salad come food come everything all in one. She also add 1 spoon of ghee with her lunch. Sometimes paratha, and sbji, dal etc. She don’t put too much gap between lunch and tea so she prefers to take mid meal also.

Mid meal comprises of 2 egg or sandwich with beetroot and cucumber or boiled potato sliced and then spread a bit of chat masala then making sandwich of it and then she have a tea in the evening.

“Dinner: Like a Pauper”

Shetty Says that she had dinner in between 7-8 pm. It should be very lighter than rest of the day. She take any soup it can be veg, chicken any of that. She don’t eat anything raw in dinner. Many people take salad at night but she don’t believes in it. She also take something grilled like sbji, dal, Loki, Mushrooms, hot-pot rice also.She says “if I feel like I m craving for sweet then I have a piece of chikky after lunch”.

She loves Indian food also Chinese and Japanese food also. She don’t eat after 8 pm also she eats very healthy food in her diet.

Shilpa Shetty’s Skincare routine includes natural and organic products. She mainly focuses on natural cleansers and face packs made from organic fruits and trees.

Starting of day

  • Shilpa Shetty Kundra starts her day with a glass of lukewarm water and lemon juice.
  • This makes her skin toxic-free and glowing.

Mid of day

  • She uses a sunscreen with SPF 15 before going out because of pollution and harmful UV rays.
  • She drinks 10 glasses of water which is approximately 3 liters a day.
  • She never touches her face again and again with her hand, instead of this, she uses a clean cotton cloth.
